Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Heavy lifting up to 30–50 lbs and frequent movement are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and related communications.
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentable areas, including bathrooms.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
