Responsibilities include merchandising, processing freight, opening/closing procedures, stocking the store, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks with energy and respect.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Merchandise and process freight to store standards.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, safe areas (stockroom and sales floor).
• Provide customer-friendly service and professional interactions.
