Dollar Tree Stores in Cleveland, Tennessee seeks a Merchandise Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic team in merchandising and processing freight. You’ll work with the Store Manager to maintain stockroom and sales floor standards, execute policies, and ensure safe store operations.

You’ll assist with freight flow, order merchandise, and plan monthly sales strategies, contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep the store clean and presentable throughout the shift.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
