Responsibilities

• Lead the Merchandising Team to deliver the Omni customer experience.
• Partner with STM and visual associates on merchandise presentation.
• Recruit, interview and select quality associates; maintain engagement.
• Coach direct reports and conduct performance discussions and development.
• Open and close the store, support weekend operations and POS workflow.
