Job summary

Responsibilities include planning installations for seasonal campaigns, maintaining displays, and supporting inventory and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders and move props.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience through compelling displays.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising directives, installations and floor setups for events and campaigns.
• Create visual impact with displays, lighting, mannequins, and placement of elements.
• Maintain organization of visual collateral, signs, and supplies for efficiency.
• Communicate daily objectives and plan tasks with the team.
• Participate in leadership meetings and use planning tools to schedule activities.
• Support inventory accuracy and product protection procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and developing associates to improve performance.
• Foster a positive store culture and engage the team.
