Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a customer-focused associate to keep the front floor stocked, merchandised, and clean while assisting customers and directing them to parts specialists as needed. Duties include stocking, pricing, display updates, and collaboration with store teams to ensure smooth operations and security on the sales floor.

Experience in stocking and a willingness to drive a manual transmission (preferred) are noted, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes according to planograms and guidelines.
• Handle price changes and sale signs and restock sale merchandise.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with the manager on store tasks and delivery operations.
• Serve as hub for security and image responsibility at front floor.
• Pull and stage installer deliveries and coordinate with ISS and delivery staff.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and communicate logistics across teams.
