Formación

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and keep the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage, and safety standards; communicate priorities to management.
