Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper tagging/coding of merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Coordinate backroom and stock flow, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Communicate updates to management and coordinators as priorities shift.
• Support store initiatives, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist in maintaining signage and store standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
