Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support store operations, execute planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service. You will be part of the Field Activity Support Team and work primarily in a single store, collaborating with team members and customers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, completing planograms, and ensuring accurate price changes.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• 18+ years old; farming/pet knowledge preferred.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
