Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring for a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales and meet client expectations. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, building rapport with store teams and educating staff on product benefits.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule, and perform duties with accuracy. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred and handheld device use is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and high compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Keep handheld device functions and data up to date.
