Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role based in the United States involves ensuring store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible. You will create product displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing, with limited customer interaction unless needed.

You will listen to customers, share product or warranty information when appropriate, and help locate merchandise while supporting the merchandising team with precise task execution.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
