Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role located in United States requires you to support store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe’s stores. You will create eye-catching product displays and help implement strategies to showcase in-demand products.

Most tasks involve non-customer-facing work, with occasional customer interactions to answer questions and assist with merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digital maintenance of this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
