Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and eye-catching displays across stores. You will create safe, visually appealing product setups that are easy for customers to locate, while supporting customers when opportunities arise.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team, and readiness to learn through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital data.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products.
• Repair or replace damaged items and displays.
• Communicate priorities with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
