Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking an Associate Manager, Merchandising Solutions in Tampa. You will maximize POS inventory efficiency, drive speed-to-market for POS elements, and own the intake process for the digital store, coupons, and accounts payable processes.

You will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager and support procurement, vendor management, and special requests from the sales team, coordinating with finance and supply chain to ensure on-time program launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Procurement, Business Management or Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, procurement, project coordination or related fields.
• 3+ years supporting procurement and vendor management processes.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, tracking, inventory management and fulfillment for local and national POS programs.
• Serve as primary coordination point between stakeholders, suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure on-time deployment.
• Optimize inventory utilization and reduce waste through forecasting and controls.
• Support commercialization of sales and marketing initiatives through merchandising execution.
• Maintain data integrity and visibility across inventory systems.
• Manage coupon requests and production processes from intake to execution.
• Coordinate timelines, barcode creation, artwork approvals for on-time program launches.
• Monitor program effectiveness and propose improvements for speed, accuracy and scalability.
• Support procurement activities related to merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Manage invoice processing and vendor payments as needed.
• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate multiple projects with alignment to business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Develop reporting related to POS inventory, coupons and procurement.
• Provide actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
