Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida seeks a Merchandising Solutions Associate Manager based in Tampa to optimize POS inventory, drive speedy program launches, and collaborate with sales teams. You will own POS intake, tracking, and fulfillment while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deployment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in merchandising/marketing operations, strong vendor management, and proficiency with CRM/ERP tools, Smartsheet, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years merchandising/marketing operations experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, tracking, inventory management and fulfillment processes for local and national POS programs.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between stakeholders, suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure on-time deployment.
• Optimize inventory utilization and forecast to reduce waste.
• Support commercialization of sales and marketing initiatives through best-in-class merchandising execution.
• Maintain data integrity across inventory systems and manage coupon/production processes.
• Coordinate timelines, barcode creation, artwork approvals and program launches.
