Job summary

Coke Florida is seeking a Merchandising Solutions Associate Manager based at our Tampa headquarters. You will maximize POS inventory, drive fast-to-market execution, manage coupons and procurement, and coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure timely program launches.

You will partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to forecast demand, manage workflows, and deliver actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Marketing, Procurement, Business Management or Operations) is required.
• 3-5 Years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, procurement, project coordination or related fields.
• Experience managing workflows and projects across functional areas with a large organization preferred.
• 3+ years supporting procurement and vendor management processes.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite.
• 2+ years’ experience with CRM/ERP Systems, preferably SAP Snowflake.
• Experience using workflow management platforms such as Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite to include PowerPivots, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and advanced mail merge in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, tracking, inventory management and fulfillment processes for local and national POS programs.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure deployment of merchandising materials is on time.
• Optimize inventory utilization and reduce waste through forecasting and inventory controls.
• Support commercialization of sales and marketing initiatives through merchandising execution.
• Maintain data integrity and visibility across inventory systems.
• Manage coupon request and production processes from intake through execution.
• Coordinate timelines, barcode creation, artwork approvals to ensure on-time program launches.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance speed and scalability.
• Support procurement activities related to merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Manage invoice processing and vendor payments; partner with Finance and AP to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate multiple projects and develop stakeholder communications and project plans.
• Develop and maintain POS inventory, coupon program and procurement reporting; create executive-ready insights.

Coke Florida is looking for a Merchandising Solutions Associate Manager based out of our Tampa Headquarter location.

What You Will Do:

The Merchandising Solutions Associate Manager will maximize efficient use of Point of Sales (POS) inventory and drive speed to market execution of POS elements. This role will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager; specifically taking ownership of the POS intake process supporting our digital store, coupon creation and departmental accounts payable processes. In addition, this role will support the procurement and communications related to special request from the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure deployment of merchandising materials is on time

• Support commercialization of sales and marketing initiatives through best-in-class merchandising execution
• Maintain data integrity and visibility across inventory systems.
• Manage coupon request and production processes from intake through execution
• Coordinate timelines, barcode creation, artwork approvals to ensure on-time program launches
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to help enhance speed, accuracy and scalability
• Support procurement activities related to merchandising and marketing initiatives

• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial data
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with business priorities
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications
• Develop and maintain reporting related to POS inventory, coupon programs and procurement activities
• Create actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations for business stakeholders

For this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Marketing, Procurement, Business Management or Operations) is required
• 3-5 Years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, procurement, project coordination or related fields
• Experience managing workflows and projects across functional areas with a large organization preferred
• 3+ years supporting procurement and vendor management processes
• Experience working with Abode Creative Cloud/Suite
• 2+ years’ experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, preferably SAP Snowflake
• Experience using workflow management platforms such as Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite to include:
  • PowerPivots
  • Advanced formulas such as INDEX/MATCH, VOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Creating automated tables of contents, master documents and customer XMD-based templates
  • Executing advanced mail merge functions using external data
  • Visual storytelling in PowerPoint

Additional skills that will strengthen your candidacy:

• Coca of North America (CONA), Coke Catalog, SAP experience is a plus
• Experience working in retail merchandising, a Coca-Cola Bottler or a Consumer-Packaged Goods company.
• Knowledge of merchandising execution, marketing operations or promotional programs
• Experience supporting high-volume operations processes
