Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to support store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the sales floor. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible, while engaging with customers when opportunities arise.

Most tasks are behind-the-scenes, with occasional customer interactions. You’ll listen to customers, share product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital signage information.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are present.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
