Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our stores’ signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy to navigate. You’ll create eye-catching product displays and implement merchandising strategies that showcase in-demand items while supporting the Merchandising Services Team.

Most work is non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise. You’ll listen to needs, answer questions, share product or warranty information, and assist in

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
