Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help ensure our store signage, pricing and displays are accurate, making merchandise easy to locate and visually appealing for customers. You’ll create product displays, help with planograms, and may engage customers when opportunities arise, providing product information and assisting in locating merchandise.

This role offers a flexible schedule and weekend support.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital records.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
