You may engage with customers occasionally while focusing on in-store merchandising tasks, listening to questions and guiding customers to products while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficient with basic web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and present.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products.
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned
