Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to maintain accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores.

The role involves creating safe, visually appealing product displays and occasionally assisting customers with information and locating merchandise. Responsibilities include merchandising resets, updating wayfinding, ensuring labels are visible, and supporting add-on sales while communicating priorities to the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digital maintenance of this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
