Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing and displays are accurate, creating safe, clean, and visually appealing product setups that help customers find merchandise quickly.

You will work a set weekday schedule, improving displays and collaborating with Merchandising Services. The role emphasizes customer-facing opportunities and equipment handling, with emphasis on teamwork and store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service tasks per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location signage; maintain digital information store-wide.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signs and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
