Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across our stores. You will create visually appealing product displays and assist customers when opportunities arise, helping customers locate merchandise.

The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, display setup, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to support store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications and document completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital information across the store.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and labels are present.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and arranging displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
