Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across stores. You will create appealing product displays that are safe and easy for customers to access, with most tasks behind the scenes and occasional customer interaction.

You will work with the Merchandising Services Team to complete resets, verify items, update wayfinding, and drive add-on sales through strategic product placement. Weekend scheduling may vary.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
