Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate in Marion, OH will help create engaging product displays, ensure accurate signage, and maintain attractive aisles to improve the customer experience. The role involves both merchandising tasks and occasional customer interaction while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic (read, write) and basic math operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information.
• Confirm pricing information is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
