This role oversees all Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities, working outdoors in the garden center to ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted, and priced according to planograms and standards. The associate collaborates with the Merchandising Service Manager, team, and store leaders to prioritize tasks and identify nursery service needs, providing ongoing updates and feedback. Maintaining a safe work environment through daily safety reviews, hazard identification, and cleanliness is essential. Travel is occasional for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores.
Required: Less than 1 year 6 months of live nursery or general merchandising experience.
Preferred: High school diploma or GED, less than 1 year 6 months Lowe’s sales experience, 6 months merchandising experience, and 3 months operating power equipment.
