Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
2. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
3. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
4. Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
5. Maintain visual merchandise standards.
6. Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
7. Conduct store and cycle counts for inventories.
8. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and price changes.
9. Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
10. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
11. Review planogram integrity through recovery and audits.
12. Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
13. Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
14. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
15. Perform other assigned duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution abilities.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Work shifts usually no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
