The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to manage and execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces in indoor and outdoor settings with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed within the district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment effectively.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and balers if age-appropriate.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles.
• Maintain active movement throughout shifts.
