Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours including nights and overtime.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Provide excellent shopping experiences and assist with coverage during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with the ability to read, write, and count.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.
• Ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise, involving travel between store locations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and operate store equipment, and to stand, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds and operate store equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed, and physical stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
