Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts and complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Working Conditions

• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and training is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform various physical activities.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Position is non-sedentary, requiring movement throughout the store and outdoor areas.
