The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves customer interaction and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Availability, flexibility, and service orientation are essential. Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain regular attendance.
2. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
3. Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
4. Complete planograms, resets, measurements, inventory counts, and price changes accurately and timely.
5. Hang signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
6. Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
7. Ensure a positive shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces, adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent movement, including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Effective communication skills.
