Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and accurate inventory counts.
• Perform price changes, signage hanging, and merchandise assembly.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
• Complete documentation and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
