Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
