The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for the sale.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates us from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary but are generally no less than 4 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training successfully.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate vehicles and equipment.
• Move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
