The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Accurately complete planograms, resets, and store measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide excellent shopping experiences that stand out from the competition.
• Support peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods often required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively and complete all training.
• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
