Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, and offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Ask, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.
