An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Field Activity Support Team Member to enhance customer experiences and execute essential merchandising tasks. This role involves traveling to various store locations, ensuring the integrity of planograms, and maintaining visual standards. The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as providing support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
As a FAST Team Member, it is essential to be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented to fulfill the following requirements:
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.
