Overall Job Summary: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value. Additional duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education preferred is a high school diploma or equivalent, but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, travel between stores, and adherence to safety guidelines. Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel, stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
