The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Availability, flexibility, adaptability, and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms, resets, store measurements, inventory counts, and price changes accurately and promptly.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Show appreciation.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling merchandise, sometimes with equipment assistance.
• Occasional overhead reaching, standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, climbing ladders.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Completion of required training.
