Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Self-directed with minimal supervision required.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Variable shifts, often with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and training.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
