Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements and layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel between store locations and operate store equipment safely.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Travel required; shifts vary but generally no less than 4 hours.
• Physical stamina for moving throughout the store and outdoor areas efficiently and safely.
