The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves customer interaction and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts from Monday to Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, and inventory counts accurately and timely.
• Processing store price changes and signage installations.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and store recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing coverage as needed, e.g., DAT, and performing other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces, adequate lighting, and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift (up to 50 lbs), push, pull, and reach.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
