Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Merchandising Route Driver to load, deliver, and stock products at client locations in a Cincinnati area route. You will keep refrigeration, manage inventory, and ensure quality service with a positive, professional approach.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and strong communication as you support AVI’s commitment to fresh ingredients, reliable service, and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
