Job summary

Core-mark Holding is seeking a Merchandiser responsible for pricing and setting customer stores across the assigned region. This role may be permanent or a Sales Trainee as part of ongoing training, reporting to the Merchandising Manager.

The position involves creating store layouts, placing orders, arranging deliveries, and maintaining accurate pricing at customer locations. Competitive pay with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates/2-year technical degree.
• 6 months - 1 year experience in merchandising and planogram execution.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 6 months - 1 year experience in reset (product return) operations.

Responsibilities

• Train new merchandisers on pricing and shelving.
• Create customer store layouts; place orders via telxon; arrange delivery; price merchandise at stores.
• Submit expense forms (travel, auto, gas, per diem, hotel).
• Participate in company annual shows, set up and tear down displays.
• Record unsalable merchandise when re-setting stores for customer credit.
• Assist with delivery and unloading of orders and returns as needed.
• Maintain inventory of merchandising supplies (tags, hooks, price guns, labels).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
