Hensley Beverage Company, a family-owned Arizona beverage wholesaler, seeks a part-time Merchandiser Rep to stock and rotate products at customer locations along the Verde Valley route. You will greet customers, rebuild shelves, and set up displays for weekly ads.

Applicants should be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and have reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and pass background/drug checks are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage (minimum $25,000 per person/$50,000 per accident and $25,000 property damage) must be provided prior to employment.
• Frequently required to lift up to 35 pounds, climb ladders, navigate product in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability; company provides cell phone allowance.
• Ability to clear background check, drug test and/or physical.

Responsabilités

• Stock and rotate cold shelf/cooler with products from display inventory or from the retailer's backroom.
• Fill shelves and displays with products in a manner that is organized and neat.
• Support displays with themed Point of Sale material to enhance sales opportunity.
• Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Merchandising Leadership.
• Follow safety protocol and training and maintain a safe environment.
• Check and monitor Hensley Beverage and competitive shelf and display pricing.

MERCHANDISER REP - PART-TIME

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcoholic beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits. Our Merchandising Representatives stock and rotate our products on site at our customer locations. As a representative of Hensley, they establish and maintain our customer relationships providing best in class services and address all customer needs. This route covers Verde Valley area.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Work with Merchandising Leadership to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must have reliable transportation, we will provide vehicle allowance
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Autoinsurance coverage (must have minimum coverage in the amount of $25,000 per person/$50,000 peraccident and a minimum of $25,000 in property damage) Must provide us with a copy of the declaration page of your auto insurance prior to employment
• Frequently required to lift to thirty-five (35) pounds, climb ladders, navigate product in confined spaces
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
• Previous beverage industry/merchandiser experience helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to successfully clear Background check, drug test & / or Physical
