Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a full-time Draft Services Representative based in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on cleaning draft lines and equipment, maintaining accounts, and building positive relationships with customers in the West Valley.

Responsibilities include route organization, responding to draft issues, delivering tap handles when needed, and maintaining supplies. Strong customer service and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability; cell phone allowance provided.
• Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Required to drive own vehicle.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs for package product and up to 100 lbs for keg product.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hours shifts.
• Organize schedule and maintain daily route.
• Perform draft line cleaning in new and existing accounts.
• Deliver tap handles to accounts as requested by Sales rep/Team Leader.
• Establish rapport with decision-maker at assigned accounts.
• Maintain draft equipment in good condition.
• Complete daily tracking work log.
• Troubleshoot draft problems with accounts and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles.
• Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DRAFT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative. This position will clean draft lines and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.

This position is based out of our Phoenixlocation and supports accounts in the West Valley.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Completes a daily tracking work log
• As needed, consult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles
• Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• 21 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (100) lbs for keg product

Additional Compensation

• Cell phone allowance - $30.00 per month
• Car Allowance $400 per month
