Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a flexible, customer-focused team member at HomeGoods in Cumming, GA. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the floor and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train others, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support store operations with a collaborative spirit. Prior retail exposure and the ability to work nights/weekends are preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently and maintain customer experience.
• Organize backroom and replenishment; ensure signage and pricing accuracy.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in accordance with policies.
