This role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, the ability to lift items, and the teamwork to help the store run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership or team supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the floor.
