Job summary

Marshalls is seeking team members to support receiving and merchandising standards, helping Associates process merchandise efficiently and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, proper tagging and organization, and adherence to safety and store procedures.

Responsibilities include training peers, maintaining merchandise flow to the sales floor, and upholding company policies while contributing to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor and adherence to store plans.
