TJ Maxx in Moraga, CA is hiring to support daily store operations and customer service. You will oversee receiving and merchandising, ensuring efficient processing and a clean, organized environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities include training Associates, tagging merchandise, prioritizing tasks, and upholding safety and company policies. Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintaining a clean store.
• Orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Promotes safety, labor policies and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
